Heartland Dent Shop sits at 8618 E 46th St in east Tulsa — a straight run down US-169 from Owasso, usually around twenty minutes outside of rush hour. We’ve been doing paintless dent repair since the shop opened, and a steady share of our work comes from Owasso families who’d rather drive a few exits than hand their vehicle to whoever set up a tent in a parking lot after the last storm.
Owasso has grown fast, and the vehicle mix shows it: newer trucks and three-row SUVs, a lot of them financed, a lot of them commuting the 169 corridor daily. That combination produces two kinds of work for us. Hail is the big one — north Tulsa County sits squarely under the storm track most springs, and hoods and roofs take the worst of it. The other is highway-commuter wear: door dings from packed retail lots along the 96th Street corridor and the shopping centers off 169.
Newer vehicles are exactly where paintless dent repair matters most. A three-year-old truck with original factory paint appraises differently than the same truck with a refinished hood, and hail claims on financed vehicles are worth handling properly the first time.
We work with all insurance carriers, document damage panel by panel in Mobile Tech RX — the matrix system adjusters recognize — and negotiate the claim directly. You bring a claim number and pay your deductible; we handle the rest of the paperwork. Filing a hail claim generally doesn’t raise your individual rates, since hail is classified an Act of God.
